If you request account deletion from inside the platform, active sessions and notification tokens are removed and the core user profile is anonymized, while a limited deletion record and any data we must retain for legal, financial, security, or fraud-prevention reasons may be kept.

Privacy FAQs
Do you store my bank card details?
Payments are processed through the provider selected at checkout. In most cases, we receive transaction status and reference information needed to confirm and reconcile the booking rather than storing full payment card details inside the app.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. The platform includes an account deletion flow in the profile area. When used, active sessions and notification tokens are removed and the main user profile is anonymized, while limited records may be retained where required.
Do you use live location?
Location data is used when you search for an address, choose a map point, or let your browser share your location to improve pickup or routing. Live location should only be used when the related feature is active.
How do I request a correction or a copy of my data?
You can update some profile information directly in your account, or email info@wasamchauffeur.com or booking@wasamchauffeur.com with your request and enough information for us to verify it.
